The Park: work around the Platane residence and the Ariane tower

Paris La Défense is continuing with the first phase of the Park project launched this summer. Starting on October 27, 2025, and lasting for five months, work will be carried out to replace paving slabs and waterproofing around the Ariane tower and the Les Platanes residence.

• Removing slabs and blocks,
• Cleaning and installing new waterproofing,
• Installation of the drainage layer and lightweight backfill,
• Installation of networks,
• Laying of new slabs,
• Installation of new planters,
• Planting,
• Installation of furniture.
   

Work on the west phase of Zone 2 will begin on October 27, 2025, and continue until March 2026. The work will be carried out in phases. Access to the buildings and emergency exits will be maintained throughout the duration of the project. Only access to Block A of the Les Platanes Residence is affected by this letter.

Construction hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. No noisy work before 8:00 a.m. or between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. No work on weekends or public holidays.
