Progress on the Synergies Project

Dear Neighbors,

We would like to update you on the progress of the Synergies project located at 41 Rue du Capitaine Guynemer in Courbevoie. An important new phase of construction is approaching: the utility work required to connect the office and residential building to public utility networks.

This work is scheduled for the week of April 27, 2026, and is an essential phase in finalizing our site’s connections to public infrastructure. To ensure the sewer connection work is carried out under the best possible conditions, Rue du Capitaine Guynemer will be closed to car and bicycle traffic for the duration of the work (the week of April 27). This closure is essential to ensure everyone’s safety and to allow Veolia to make the necessary connections.

We are aware of the temporary inconvenience this work may cause, and we would like to inform you of the measures we have put in place to minimize the disruption. For pedestrians and cyclists (on foot), we plan to keep the crosswalk open during these works. For motorists needing to access the parking lot at 44–60 Rue du Capitaine GUYNEMENER, the street will be open to traffic in both directions from Rue de Bitche, where a traffic director will manage the flow of traffic.
