Dismantling the Crane at the CB3 Construction Site
Du 20 au 24 juillet 2026
Dear Sir or Madam,
We would like to inform you of the upcoming dismantling of the crane at the CB3 construction site, scheduled in agreement with the City of Courbevoie from MONDAY, JULY 20, 2026, through FRIDAY, JULY 24, 2026, inclusive.
To facilitate the dismantling of the construction site crane, mobile cranes will need to be deployed. Accordingly, we would like to inform you that RUE HENRI REGNAULT—between Avenue Albert Gleizes and Boulevard Patrick-Devedjian—will be closed to traffic, as will the right-of-way at the entrance to SQUARE HENRI REGNAULT, at the corner of the Gambetta Tower.
The boom of the main mobile crane will be assembled on MONDAY, JULY 20, 2026, and disassembled on FRIDAY, JULY 24, 2026. During these two days, we will be forced to block the exit from Voie des Modeleurs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for fire trucks and emergency vehicles.
Throughout the entire process of dismantling the construction crane, we will implement all necessary measures to maintain access to parking lots and, under all circumstances, to ensure access for fire and emergency vehicles, as well as pedestrian access to buildings and local services. A traffic director and the necessary traffic signs will be in place; we will also take all measures to minimize disruption and ensure strict adherence to the construction schedule.
Work related to the restoration of the construction site area, the reinstallation of street furniture, and the repair of roadways will begin on MONDAY, JULY 27, 2026, and continue through FRIDAY, AUGUST 28, 2026, at which time Rue Henri Regnault will resume its original direction of traffic starting at 6:00 p.m.
