On Monday, June 29, 2026, members of the Paris La Défense Assistants and Office Managers Club will gather for a day of discovery and sharing.
Interested in joining the Club for Assistants and Office Managers?
The Assistants and Office Managers Club aims to transform Europe’s leading business district into a true playground and hub of opportunities for those who manage the day-to-day operations of companies through seminars and other corporate events.
The club has multiple objectives. Among them:
- Increasing productivity to provide members with privileged access and in-depth knowledge of event venues (both iconic and unique) to optimize the organization of their projects;
- Regional networking to create a community of mutual support and experience-sharing among peers within Paris La Défense;
- Enhancing appeal by keeping members informed about the latest news and promoting Paris La Défense’s service offerings (hotels, restaurants, culture) directly to internal decision-makers.
The club is:
- Exclusive and reserved solely for assistants, project managers, and office managers at companies in the area—such as executive assistants, office managers, event managers, and communications officers;
- Free of charge to encourage broad participation.
Members meet twice a year to tour venues, discuss local stakeholders, and enjoy social gatherings.

Paris La Défense: Clubs and Community Spirit
Paris La Défense hosts several clubs in the area:
- The CSR and Sustainable Development Directors’ Club aims to enable members to draw inspiration from the initiatives each has implemented regarding corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. It provides an opportunity to inspire one another and pursue joint projects.
- The HR Experts Club brings its members together several times a year to discuss specific topics related to the world of work. Thanks to the diversity of its economic fabric, the business district serves as a true laboratory for HR trends and practices and offers an excellent way for members to expand their networks.
- The MICE & Leisure Club enables business and leisure tourism professionals to learn about the district’s tourism projects, build relationships with other local stakeholders, and participate in collective initiatives.
- The Paris La Défense Campus works with its members to develop concrete actions to support the integration of students in the area and to create tailored, dedicated services to improve their quality of life.
- Paris La Défense Can B is a program that enables Paris La Défense to support businesses, higher education institutions, and other organizations in their efforts to assess environmental, social, and societal impacts—not only to chart a path forward but also to collectively explore ways to accelerate the region’s transition. The fourth cohort of PLD+B will begin in October 2026—join us!
- The GBD Innovation Club, founded in 2018, brings together 15 members from the most prestigious international business districts, who gather for themed meetings or learning expeditions.
