Parc Construction Site: Work on the surroundings of the Platanes residence, the Ariane tower, and the Vision 80 building

Construction continues with the upcoming start of work on the Ariane Platanes Nord sector, above the Com Square building and beneath the Vision 80 building—a new major milestone in the project.

A phased construction plan: to ensure greater efficiency and clarity, the project is organized into several work zones. To the west, the work is focused on several sectors:

• the central axis and the tree-lined areas, currently under development,
• the Ariane–Platanes South sector, currently being finalized,
• the Ariane–Platanes North, Com Square, and Vision 80 sectors, scheduled to begin in May 2026,
• and finally, the Galilée sector, at the foot of the “Three Trees” chimney.

This phased approach allows for coordinated progress while maintaining existing uses and traffic flow as much as possible.

Work on the western section of Zone 2 (north side) will begin on July 6, 2026, and continue through January 2027 (see map on the back). The work will involve:

• Establishing the construction zone,
• Removing street furniture,
• Removing paving slabs and bollards,
• Cleaning and installing new waterproofing,
• Installing the drainage layer and lightweight backfill,
• Laying utility lines,
• Installing new paving slabs,
• Installing new planters,
• Planting,
• Installing street furniture.

During this work, traffic will be routed through Zone 2 on the south side, which will be completed and open to the public.

Work on the western Zone 3 sections above the Com Square building will begin on May 18, 2026, and continue through September 2026 (see map below). The work will involve:

• Establishing the construction zone,
• Removing street furniture,
• Removing slabs and curbstones,
• Cleaning and installation of new waterproofing,
• Installation of the drainage layer and lightweight backfill,
• Routing of utility lines,
• Installation of new slabs,
• Installation of street furniture.

During this work, traffic will be routed through Zone 3 on the west side above the Com Square building, which will undergo construction work subsequently.

Work in Zone 4 under the Vision 80 building will begin on July 15, 2026, and continue through November 2026 (see map). It consists of:

• Establishment of the construction zone,
• Removal of street furniture,
• Removal of the stairs,
• Cleaning and installation of new waterproofing,
• Installation of new ramp stairs.

During this work, operations will be carried out alternately between the two halves of the staircase: one half will remain accessible while the other is under construction, then the areas will be switched, in order to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow.

Construction hours:
Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM / No noisy work before 8:00 AM or between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM / No work on weekends or holidays.
