The Park: Update on the Construction Work

The Park's transformation continues, with work primarily taking place in the eastern and western sections of the construction site.

Since work on this phase began in the summer of 2025, the project has been progressing rapidly, with the central area scheduled to open to the public in early 2027. This view highlights the main stages that have already been completed:

• Protection of existing trees and transplantation of certain plants to other gardens,
• Removal of planters and concrete slabs, including demolition of the pedestals and stairs, and cleaning of the waterproofing,
• Recovery of soil for reuse,
• Installation of new waterproofing, lightweight backfill, utility lines, and pond foundations.

Next, the new stabilized surface and stairs will be installed before the soil and plantings are added.

Launched in January 2026, the East Phase continues its transformation. This view highlights the first phases of the project that have already been completed:

• Protection of existing trees,
• Removal of concrete slabs, including demolition of pedestals, secondary structures, and staircases, and cleaning of the waterproofing,
• Recovery of soil for reuse

Next, work will begin in the area on installing new waterproofing, lightweight backfill, utility networks, and basin foundations.

Reminder of construction hours:

• Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• No noisy work before 8:00 a.m. or between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
• No work on weekends or holidays.
