Progress on the Nirvana Construction Project

Dear Neighbors,

As part of the ongoing renovation of the building located at 18-22 Rue du Capitaine Guynemer, we would like to inform you of the upcoming phases for the coming months.

• Earthwork: Excavation work has progressed on the eastern side of the project as well as along Rue Ségoffin.
• Structural Extensions: We have begun construction on the extension sections on the Rue du Capitaine Guynemer side.
• Structural Work: Reinforcement of the existing structure has continued to prepare the building for its final configuration.

The project is now entering a phase of consolidation and assembly.

• Completion of demolition: Finalization of the remaining demolition work, particularly along the circular boulevard.
• Continuation of structural work: Teams will focus on completing the main structure and the extension areas.
• Preparation of the facades: Start of the preparatory work necessary for the installation of the new facades, scheduled for early summer.

We understand that dust generation is a major concern for you. Your quality of life is our top priority. That is why we have made the use of misting technology standard practice for all our demolition projects.

We have equipped our demolition machinery (the crusher) with a misting system mounted directly on the arm. This allows water to be sprayed as close as possible to the crushing area to capture dust as soon as it forms.

As a complementary measure, mobile mist cannons are strategically positioned on the job site to create a protective curtain and prevent the dispersion of particles into the surrounding area.

We clean the job site as work progresses using vacuum systems to minimize dust during operations.

Other measures in place:

Construction site hours: Work takes place exclusively from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays

Permitted noise hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Noise pollution: We prioritize wet sawing and the use of hydraulic clamps to minimize noise impact.

Traffic safety: A traffic control officer is on duty at all times to ensure the safety of vehicle traffic near Rue Ségoffin and Rue du Capitaine Guynemer.
