Public spaces in the Ségoffin area: preparatory work begins on June 29, 2026

As part of the project to redevelop public spaces in the Ségoffin area, Paris La Défense is continuing with the preparatory work for the future improvements. Preparatory work will be carried out on the site between June and August 2026.

This work involves rerouting the utility lines on Rue Henri Regnault in Courbevoie and will take place from June 29, 2026, to August 24, 2026, as follows:

• Excavation of the trench
• Work on the relevant utility network
• Backfilling of the trench
• Construction of the shared trench
• Installation of conduits and chambers
• Backfilling of the trench
• Laying of asphalt

As part of these improvement projects, the public roadway on Rue Henri Regnault will be temporarily occupied to allow the work to be carried out, which will require closing this street to traffic between No. 7 Square Henri Regnault and No. 6 Rue Henri Regnault, from June 29, 2026, to August 24, 2026.

Throughout the duration of the work, all necessary measures will be taken to minimize disturbances:

• Compliance with noise regulations and work schedules: Construction hours (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays) will be strictly observed. Noisy activities will be strictly limited to the authorized time slots (8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays), with priority given to wet sawing and hydraulic clamps.
• A traffic controller will be on site to direct traffic. Access to the parking lots at the Résidence des Dauphins will remain open.

Signage will be installed, along with a detour for vehicles and pedestrians.

To ensure the safety of the public and workers, appropriate signage will be put in place.

To reach 6 rue Henri Regnault, the detour map provided below shows the following route:

• First, take Avenue de la Division-Leclerc;
• Then continue on Avenue André Prothin;
• And finally, take Boulevard Patrick-Devedjian.
