Synergies Construction Site: Crane Dismantling and Completion of Structural Work

Dear Neighbors,

We would like to update you on the progress of the Synergies project located at 41 rue du Capitaine Guynemer in Courbevoie. We are approaching another important milestone in our construction project: the dismantling of our G2 crane, which marks the completion of the structural work on the residential building.

This dismantling operation is scheduled for July 15, 16, and 17, 2026, during daytime hours only. We are aware of the temporary inconvenience this work may cause and would like to inform you of the measures we have put in place to minimize the disruption. For pedestrians and cyclists (on foot), we plan to keep the crosswalk open during the dismantling operation. For motorists needing to access their parking lots at 44–60 Rue du Capitaine GUYNEMENER, this street will be open to traffic in both directions from Rue de Bitche, where a traffic director will manage the flow of traffic.
