Synergies Construction Site: Drinking Water Work for the Housing Project, August 24–28, 2026

Dear Neighbors,

We would like to update you on the progress of the Synergies project located at 41 rue du Capitaine Guynemer in Courbevoie. Now that the structural work is complete and the crane has been dismantled, we need to connect the building to the city’s utility networks. To do so, work is scheduled from August 24 to August 28, 2026, to connect our development to the drinking water supply (during daytime hours only).

We are aware of the temporary inconvenience this work may cause and would like to inform you of the measures we have put in place to minimize the disruption. For pedestrians and cyclists (who must dismount), we plan to keep the crosswalk open during the work. For drivers needing to access their parking lot at 44–60 Rue du Capitaine GUYNEMENER, the street will be open to traffic in both directions from Rue de Bitche, where a traffic director will manage the flow of traffic.
