Work on the Lower Link and P. Devedjian Ring Road

Paris La Défense is continuing the redevelopment of the Michelet sector in Puteaux. As part of this project, the Liaison Basse and Boulevard Circulaire are scheduled to be closed between October and November 2025.

CLOSURE OF THE LIAISON BASSE (see map on the back)

• October 6 to 10, 2025
• November 24 to 28, 2025

Objective: installation of a gantry to prevent vehicles over 4m in height from passing through the Liaison Basse. A temporary system is currently in place; the permanent system is scheduled to be installed following this work:

Construction of foundation blocks, then installation of stop and directional gantries,

• Installation of granite curbs,
• Installation of defense bollards.

PROVISIONAL CLOSURE OF THE BOULEVARD CIRCULAIRE (from Boulevard Pierre-Gaudin and the Liberté roundabout):

From December 1 to 12, 2025: between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The following work is planned:

Road resurfacing work.
Two detours will be available to reach Courbevoie, whether the Liaison Basse or Boulevard Circulaire is closed (see map on the back).
